Corrective Monetary and Fiscal Policy Action Recommendation

Did so, not because I thought I had a 'snowball's chance in hell' to be elected, but only to educate myself to the laws or rules and procedures that govern election of 'candidates' to office at the Federal level of government.

Found that 'Independents' and 'write-ins' are denied ballot access for election by the U.S. 'voter' because of un-constitutional State Laws that deny ballot access to 'Independents' and 'write-ins'. A Termination of the Committee (C00341982) for this Candidacy was accepted by a Federal Election Commission Letter dated February 16, 2001.

Elections are not 'free'. Everything and everyone has a 'price'. So knock-off any reference to the mythology of 'free elections', in the U.S.

Answer:

The Democrats/socialists will use the currently high un-employment number of U.S. citizens:

1. To put blame for high un-employment on "outsourcing" of manufacture and the consequence of high un-employment on the current Republican President (G. Bush II)

2. Mount a massive voter registration of all Blacks, Latinos and all illegal Black and Latino aliens, and pander to them with promise of continuation and enhancement of socialist programs, like payment by 'government' for all their income, education and medical needs.

The current Republican Administration (2000-2004) is being unfairly charged by Democrats/socialists for existence of all current foreign and domestic problems, including existence of the large number of U.S. citizens who are un-employed, and those working, but living at or below poverty level income.

Those charges by Democrats/socialists against a sitting Republican President (G. Bush II) is not true, nor is it accurate - the U.S. national household has been living under an atheistic-socialist administration of federal government ever since the private banking authority (Federal Reserve Bank) 'deliberately caused' the Great Depression of the 1930s.

By comparison, the USA was not built in one day (more like 150 years to reach its peak during the 1920's), followed by 74 years of decline from transformation from a sovereign 'republic' into a 'socialist welfare state and beggar nation'.

How? You might ask.

Answer:

Anyone in power as President of the U.S. has power to issue Executive Orders.

Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves with an Executive Order - his 'Emancipation Proclamation'.

Whoever is elected President of the U.S. in November 2004, can further enhance Lincoln's 'proclamation' by issuance of such Orders that would contain un-constitutional power of the Private Federal Reserver Banking authority - an un-constitutional Private Authority, created under the un-constitutionally authorized Federal Reserve Banking Act of 1913.

The following four 'emancipating' Executive Orders are recommended: (These actions can be exported to the rest of the world.)

Executive Orders (EOs) 1. and 2. below are required to fix the exchange value of money and the cost of borrowed money, specifically the U.S. dollar, as a unit of measure of the cost and worth of human life and labor in the United States.

EO-1. Eliminate the creeping rot of inflation as a national policy. Deliberate inflation of U.S. MONEY SUPPLY erodes purchasing/ exchange power of the U.S. dollar faster than it can be earned by the private business structure or the wager-earner employed by the privately owned business structure.

Currently, Inflation of money is deliberate; observed at 2.5% per year. Any rate of inflation of money is oppressive to wage-earning worker families with incomes less than $40K per year - as of 1997 U.S. Money Supply numbers.)

Deliberate inflation of the U.S. Dollar began at the end of WWII in August 1945.

Deliberate inflation of the U.S. Dollar, due to profligate spending of the U.S. Congress since the end of WWII, to install all the socialist institutions that now control all life in the U.S.

That deliberate inflation of the U.S. dollar, in addition to installation of all the 'socialist' requirements on industry, is the primary cause of exodus of U.S. manufacturing work (currently known as "outsourcing") to other countries. Following this inflation of the U.S. dollar, this exodus/outsourcing of manufacture of product began in the 1960's.

EO-2. A cost of borrowed money fixed at 5% per annum to the borrower. (No more variable interest rates. All mortgage, loans and credit card debt would be reduced to and fixed at 5% A.P.R. (Annual Percentage Rate) forever, effective beginning at the beginning of the next fiscal year. The fiscal year does not begin until October 2005, after the next General Election for President in November 2004.)

EO-3. Federal, State and Local governments on fixed budget incomes.(For the first time in the history of civilization, the United States would have, and the world would be witness to popular control of uncontrolled government spending.

Fixed federal, state and local budget incomes are required to contain and control the power and cost of total government under the U.S. Constitution of and for government.

EO-4. Elimination of all taxes on everything except gross incomes, using the 'Universal Time Constant Curve' to determine the progressive rate of taxes on gross incomes, not distinguishing between business structure and individual incomes. (Supported by total elimination of subsidy and or loan guarantees of any market for goods, products or services.) See the Universal Time Constant Curve. A 'Flat Tax' on incomes does not balance distribution of the total tax burden, BECAUSE, contrary to all mythology since the beginning of Creation, all men are not created equal in talents and abilities - different, but none of all individuals of the human race are equal in talent, ability or character.

Maintenance of 'sales' taxes on products allows the 'politician' to control the cost of product or commodity, therefore, allows the 'politician' to manipulate cost, and therefore, 'demand' for product, therefore, political control of any particular market for product.

Example: The inordinate and obscene tax on tobacco is designed to kill the market for tobacco. Killing or destruction of the tobacco market is exactly what is happening. And that's a god-damned shame: World War II was won by 'smokers and straights', not by elitist non-smokers and queers. The usurious and obscene tax on tobacco has put the 'smoker' in the closet where the 'queers' belong - a politically controlled reversal of thousands of years of evolution of human behavior. I would rather my child smoked a 'cigarette' than smoke a 'joint' or 'sniff cocaine' for escape and relaxation.

Furthermore, under any tax on 'sales', or any other kind of tax on product, there is no accountabilty of exactly how much revenue gets collected by federal, state or local government. If we can't have a more precise number of government tax revenue data, no one can ever know how much the administrators of government (who live off the burden of taxes) can or are stealing from taxation of the private business structure and/or the wage-earner employed by the private business structure(s).
