[A Palicki 'wisdom': Prayer is 'wireless communications' with the Supreme Intellect. This 'fact' has been my experience, thanks to knowledge gained by a lifetime of experience in and with both the theoretical and applied knowledge from the 'electronics' discipline.]
Government does not have constitutional power or authority to prohibit the free exercise of prayer in the schools - private or public.
For this reason, it is essential that the public system of education be privatized and under local control, to satisfy the moral needs of our diverse local communities.
Privatizing our system of education is the long-term solution, to satisy constitutional protection to exercise religious beliefs, traditions or persuasions.
In the short-term, funding of any government agency that supports or promotes denigration or desecration of any establishments of any of the many different religious persuasions that exist in our nation will be abolished under the Palicki administration.
Let the purveyors of filth, obscenity and violence in arts and entertainment be subject to the natural law of demand and supply in the market place, without subsidy by government.
Given a free will, not even God can impose 'morality'.
Fortunately, under our Constitution of government, it is not within authority of government to fund immorality.
