Natural Law From The Iron Hand Of God Essay 6 - World Government Effort to present or publicize 'Corrective Actions' contained in Essay 7 began 33 years ago. Objective has been, and continues to be, to present and argue the necessity of those 'Corrective Actions' in a manner and form that would be understood and credible to the largest possible audience. Since the 'Corrective Actions' are predicated on the fact that the economic circuit is exactly the same as the electronic circuit, and realizing how few know anything about 'electronics' and/or 'economics', the search began for context and background within which the import, validity and relevance of those conclusions could be better understood and appreciated. In this attempt to express and to communicate necessity of 'Corrective Actions' with credibility to others, direction and content of these essays evolved painfully over the last 33 years. At the beginning of this effort, the thought or concept of 'World Government' as a driving element for context and background did not exist. It didn't occur until 1994, when voting in 1994 resulted in the election of a 'world class socialist' to the Presidency of the United States. Against the background of all previous research for the past 33 years, it become abundantly clear that the Federal Government of the United States had become a 'puppet' government of the G-7 (Group of Seven) nations, with headquarters in Europe (Brussels in Belgium). 'World Government' became a driving element for context and background, because of the classic 'socialism' of its character, and because of its socialist agenda that is being carried out in its treatment of nations as 'collective societies', or simply as 'collectives'; where the concept of self-determination of nations through self-determination of individuals, through individual freedom and responsibility of the individual person, is not even a consideration. The form and structure of "World Government" is 'socialist', under the GATT and NAFTA international trade agreements approved by the U.S. Congress in 1994. Under these international trade agreements of global proportions, the concept of self-determination of the individual, through freedom and responsibility of the individual person, is totally discarded or ignored. The fundamental structural elements of "World Government", founded in socialist ideology, consists of the United Nations, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and division of the world into four international trade zones under four separate international trade agreements of global proportions. All of these structural elements were enabled by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and put in place by incorporating the Bretton Woods Agreement of 1944, in its entirety, into the Fed Act of 1913 that centralized the banking system of the United States.
Unrest in this nation is very broad and very deep because of chronic unemployment, under-employment, poverty, and instability of family life from forced mobility. Violence and insecurity exist at unprecedented levels in this nation's history. These conditions are being observed and experienced by an ever increasing majority. These conditions never existed before! What caused these conditions to exist? What are the underlying causes for the existence of these conditions? The answer is very simple. The means whereby self-determination by the individual can be exercised, through freedom and responsibility of the individual person through purchasing power, acquired by working for a living, have been removed. Those of us born during the Great Depression have a longer view by which to make comparisons between life, and conditions of life, as they existed in the United States sixty years ago, with those that exist today. Yes, we have more sophisticated products and machines that have reduced the burden of labor that existed 40 years ago; but it was not 'automation', introduced into factory assembly plants, that caused the shut down of all factories - it was simply the higher cost of manufacturing labor (from inflation of money) that caused all the factories in the United States to shut down and move overseas. Prices of everything have skyrocketed, beyond affordability for those who pound the nails to build houses, fix the plumbing, and pick up the garbage. And there are many more of those, than the few who control directions of this ship of state and live off the back of human labor - through taxation of the goods and products that cannot exist without the expenditure human labor - including taxation of labor to pick up the garbage. Observation from a very long and particular view tells the following: Slavery has always existed, but 'slavery', as a condition, was never previously defined, until the great Republic of the Roman Empire defined 'slavery' into law two thousand years ago. The 'law' (will of the ruler) of the Roman Republic held that the only difference between the 'slave' and the 'free citizen' was ownership of property. Only those designated 'citizen' by Roman law could own property. Those designated 'slave' by Roman law were prohibited from private ownership of property. At the height of its greatness as a civilization, you could not distinguish the 'citizen' from the 'slave' in the streets and market places, simply by outward appearances. 'Slaves' included the craftsmen, artisans, physicians, carpenters, et al. Only those in the brick and mortar of prisons wore chains. All others, 'slaves', who were prohibited from owning property by law, and 'citizens', who could own property by law, looked the same. Separation from the principles of freedom and self-determination of the individual, upon which the United States was founded as a nation, began with the Great Depression of the 1930's. The Great Depression of the 1930's was caused to happen. Individual freedom, or Liberty, as it was once called, was diminished by the Great Depression of the 1930's, causing greater dependency on 'collective ownership' of property, as opposed to 'individual ownership' of property. The opposing difference between socialism and capitalism is collective ownership of property. Destroy 'capitalism' and private ownership of property, and all that's left is 'socialism'. The total population of the United States was held hostage to the Great Depression, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, in succession. Almost immediately after World War II, the United States was held hostage for another forty years to a 'cold' war, against both real and perceived fear of military aggression by the socialist Soviet Union against the United States. Socialist Russia and China were behind the military aggression of the wars in Korea and Vietnam. Those aggressions were perceived as evidence that the socialist welfare state principles and ideology, held by those large and populous nations, would be imposed on the rest of the world by military force. Imposition and spread of socialist welfare state principles and ideology on the rest of the world were considered to be against the national interests of the United States, and a threat to the 'freedom' of its citizens under 'capitalist' principles and ideology. It is a terrible irony, that the military buildup for military defense was for purposes of military defense against the take-over of the United States by Socialists - and all that time, the Socialists, and socialist ideology, had already taken control over the United States. Linking events and decisions, by elected authority at the Federal level of government for the last fifty years, goes a long way to explain cause of current and popular fear and suspicion of government - a popular and cynical fear of the unknown. Unsettling and destructive turbulance of life that currently exists in these United States is attributed to the momentous changes that have taken place at the international level of politics, starting more than fifty years ago. The current administration at the Federal level of government is totally socialist - fruits of the seeds of socialism planted late in the 19th century, and an extension of the socialist state mentality that has governed this nation and the minds of a majority since the Great Depression. State funded national health insurance, state funded abortions, state funded recognition of queers, state funded recognition of women in combat positions in the military, undefined equal rights for women in the work place, and in all-male schools, as dictated by the state, state funded prohibitions against smoking, state funded promotion of gun control laws, state funded opposition to the death penalty for capital crimes: Any one or all of the above are issues that fire human emotion. These are issues used to divide and distract public attention, while mechanisms to destroy all national borders on a global basis are being put in place. These issues are distractions by the sly and artful hands of the politicians who make the rules we are supposed to live by - rather, who create the closed-in fence areas within which we are forced to live. The socialism that has governed this nation since the Great Depression, interrupted only briefly by World War II, has resulted in the destruction of the middle class, through destruction of all major and labor intensive industries. That destruction was accomplished through manipulation and perturbation of markets through price supports, federal loan guarantees, grants and subsidies to selected markets, and law-making and enforcement through federal regulations that are conditions of federal government contracts, and unbalanced distribution of the tax burden through federal tax codes. The unlimited power of federal government was used to invoke the powerful instrument and oppressive burden of layers of taxes on both labor and business to pay for them. When federal tax revenues come up short to pay this indebtedness, new or additional money is added to the national money supply, to cover the national debt created by the federal loan guarantees, grants and subsidies, and to pay the yields promised to the private banks that use your bank deposits and investment in government bonds to buy that new money, to lend it back to you at ever higher interest rates - creating the existing tyranny of financial oppression through deliberate inflation of money and the tax burden. Both taxes and inflation have literally destroyed this nation. Like cyanide and arsenic, both are lethal substances. A deliberate policy of inflation is sweet cyanide added to the bitter arsenic of layers of taxation on goods and products. The Inflation Experience Consistent with the classic definition of inflation, "Too much money chasing too few goods and products", inflation causes a decrease of the purchase power of the dollar faster than human labor can earn it. Inflation is caused by increasing the total national money supply faster than natural growth rate of the population. By ignorance or design, the purpose of deliberate inflation is to feed a market for money, as opposed to a market for goods and products. From 1950 to 1995, national population headcount grew only 1.7 times, from 151 million to 261 million people. During this same 45 year period, as of July 3, 1995 (using the M3 increment of Money Supply, published weekly), national money supply grew 38.4 times, from $116 billion to $4,461 billion. From the money supply/headcount relationship, this means that per capita distribution of money supply in 1950 was $768.00. As of July 3, 1995, per capita distribution of money supply was at $17,092.00, going higherÊeach week. This growth of per capita distribution of money supply is 22.3 times what it was in 1950. This means that whatever standard of living you had with a gross income of $6,000.00 per year in 1950, requires a gross income of $133,800.00 in 1995. Incessant requirement for growth of gross incomes derives solely from incessant increase of national money supply, and applies to everything and everyone. [Given 1,920 hours per work year, a Gross Income at $6000.00 per year in 1950 is a wage rate at $3.12 per hour. Gross income at $133,800.00 per year in 1995 is a wage rate at $70.00 per hour. Minimum wage is currently at $4.25 per hour. (Leave it there. That's simply the low-limit poverty wage rate amount. Increasing minimum wage only increases the low-limit property wage rate amount - meaning - if that amount is raised, you're still as poor at the higher low-limit amount as you were at $4.25 per hour.) Severe poverty level in the U.S. in 1995 is probably, and roughly, at income levels less than $20,000.00 per year, or at wage rates less than $10.00 per hour.] As early as 1960, U.S. businesses began exporting manufacturing to the Asia-Pacific countries, to Hongkong or Taiwan for example, because it could no longer afford the cost of its own manufacturing labor - where continuing higher costs were caused solely by increasing total national money supply in excess of the growth rate of the national population headcount. The United States is going through a menopause - a change of life to adjust to the 'New World Order' governed by international banking and finance on a global scale. World Bank Contempt for Individual Human Life Domestic and international banking and finance never did, does not now, nor will ever, care or be concerned what products or services are provided, who provides them, or from where they are provided. Products and services will always be provided because the human race needs them to survive. For this reason alone, domestic and international banking and finance has no reason to care what form of government is employed to control movements of the masses. The 'New World Order' has been in the making since the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) came into being fifty years ago. The social welfare state mentality that governed this nation for the last fifty years now governs world politics and finance. National domestic problems and national and state politics to deal with them may be only the beginning of sorrows of what's really happening to the United States. What is the meaning of various expressions like, "New World Order", "World Government" or "World Order Democracy"? A World Government does exist. It is under the control of the Presidents and their world banking and finance ministers who belong to the G-7 (Group of Seven) nations - United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, France, Canada and Italy. This may be only a loose coalition, nevertheless a coalition. The pattern of direction for world dominion becomes more clear each time the locations and purposes of their meetings are reported.
Background of the International Trade Agreements The GATT was conceived fifty years ago, to consolidate the market power of the European nations that were devastated by World War II. The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) were established, to stabilize the value of world currencies and to function as instruments to finance reconstruction of Europe, using U.S. currency. IMF authority extends to "use its resources to provide facilities for relief, reconstruction, or armaments, or to meet a large sustained outflow of capital on the part of any member." (From Sec. 13. (a) of the Bretton-Woods Agreement Act of 1945 that is incorporated in the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.) Besides GATT, and the NAFTA that is patterned after the GATT, two more international trade agreements, also patterned after the GATT, are currently in the works to complete division of the world into four international trade zones by the year 2020. A third international trade agreement will consolidate World Bank control of all trade by all nations in South America, like NAFTA does for Canada, United States and Mexico in North America. The fourth international trade agreement, under the auspices of APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), will consolidate control of trade in Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Japan, South Korea and Australia. The thousands of pages in these international trade agreements transcend, or take precedence over, self-government of national sovereignties, because these agreements dictate what gets produced by what nation, using the ultimate power tool - selective application of taxes on selected goods and products. The power to dictate how much tax is applied to what product is the ultimate power tool available to dictate what gets produced. A product with a zero tax will get produced for sale before a product that carries the burden of a tax. Products with lower taxes will be produced before products with higher taxes. Because of these international trade agreements, taxes on imported or exported products shall determine what gets produced by what country - determined or influenced only by the tax amounts or rates contained in the international trade agreements. What products get produced at what price, by what nation, shall not be determined by the natural law of demand and supply forces of the international market place through separate international trade agreements between sovereign nations. Separate international trade agreements between sovereign nations are now replaced by the aforementioned international trade agreements. What gets produced in the United States, now and forever more, is dictated by the detail in the thousands of pages of GATT and NAFTA that constitute the international trade agreements. International trade agreements of global proportions provide taxation without national electorate representation, and dictate what products will be produced by what nation, wherein the subjective decisions of the WTO (directed by the world's ministers of world government banking and finance) replace the natural law of demand and supply forces of free enterprise in the market place. Trade managed by selective taxation on goods and products is not free trade. Managed competition by court interference with business mergers, on the pretense that court action is necessay to prevent monopoly of markets, is a deception and blatant interference with free competition. Managed markets are not free markets. The merger of the Executive Branch of government, with Constitutional power over foreign affairs, with the privately owned and independent domestic and foreign banking interests, is the largest single monopoly, and merger of monopolies, in the world. World government is managed trade, managed competition, and managed markets, whereas this management of trade is directed and executed using taxes on imported and exported goods and products - the most effective and fool proof means to direct and execute management of the world. Using stonger terms - the exercise of world dominion by the World Bank and the World Trade Organization through the international trade agreements of global proportions. The ECU (European Currency Unit) replaces the different foreign currency units in the European Economic Community (EEC). Implementation of the ECU effectively abolishes national boundaries and national sovereignties of the affected nations under GATT. The same thing shall happen to the currencies of the U.S., Canada and Mexico under NAFTA, patterned after GATT. A single currency for all of North America will happen, in the interest of stabilization of exchange rates of international currencies. This is the same argument and force of argument used to initiate the formation of GATT fifty years ago to finance reconstruction of Europe, in the aftermath of World War II, using U.S. currency. Don't look for a "giant sucking sound" because of NAFTA, as expressed by Ross Perot. Rather, look for a gradual, mostly imperceptible, erosion and reduction of the standard of living in the United States, to match the low standard of living in Mexico, as more products are produced in Mexico, Europe and Asia, and fewer products are manufactured in the United States - dictated by the different tax rates on different products by the NAFTA and the GATT. The Huntsville, Alabama Foreign Trade Zone Huntsville International Airport was designated an International Point of Entry some years before NAFTA came into being. Where cities like Atlanta and Nashville are passenger hubs, it appears that Huntsville was designated to serve as a cargo transportation hub some years ago. Maybe ten years ago, when I was still active with the Huntsville Association of Technical Societies (HATS), I asked a prominent member of the Madison County Commission why we weren't pursuing the Huntsville airport as a passenger hub. He shrugged off the question with some answer that sounded like "...too many people." An article titled, 'Foreign Trade Zone' appeared in the 'Huntsville News', on April 28, 1995, "City's own piece of the world": This article pointed out that Huntsville, Alabama is one of only a few airports in the Southeast designated a Foreign Trade Zone operated by government entities. What government entities? World? Federal? State? Local? The answer is, the Madison County Airport Authority, a government entity. That county authority can easily be perceived as a private corporation. It masquerades as a private corporation because of its activity to find and locate new businesses for its immediate vicinity, and because of its function as a hub for receiving and distribution of foreign and domestic goods and products. This masquerade of a government agency as a private corporation is viewed as a successful consequence of intended effects to blur distinction between private enterprise, and government control of private enterprise, by the authors of the international trade agreements, under jurisdiction of the World Bank and the World Trade Organization, through the international trade agreements. What jurisdition do federal, state or local law enforcement agencies have in these 'foreign trade zones'? The Madison County Airport Authority is a government entity. All of its employees are government employees. The incomes of its directors and employees do not come from private investment capital, they come from taxes on imported and exported goods and products processed through its facilities as a transportation hub within this particular Foreign Trade Zone. As a government entity, the Madison County Airport Authority contributes nothing to the production of goods and products - it only lives on income from taxes on the backs of the human labor that produces foreign and domestic goods and products. In 1994, the Madison County Airport Authority contracted $100,000.00 to a former 5th Congressional District Congressman, to bird-dog and lobby the Congress for legislation that would be favorable to maintenance and funding of the Huntsville airport facilities. This raises a fundamental question: Why should a government agency be allowed to spend tax dollars to lobby for any legislation in the Congress to duplicate the function of the elected Congressional Representative of this or any other Congressional District? An answer to this question is: There is a closed network between all government agencies, and former high-level elected officials of government, that functions to steer legislation to maintain and prosper by living on incomes from taxes, and from money market yields from high interest on borrowed money - on the backs of the human labor that produces goods and products. More profitable than working for a living, they wear the appearance of private citizens involved in private enterprise, but function, unknowingly, as instruments of world government that reaches to the lowest depths of local government. What form does World Government take? Is it one man rule? Is it rule by a select few? or does World Government assume a constitutional form? The answer is: World Government is a perversion of rule by an un-elected select few, making it, by definition, a tyranny of financial oppression, from perversion of rule by the wealthy few on a global scale, and a democracy, from a perversion of constitutional government on a global scale, a mirror image of the structure and force of the socialist welfare state mentality that has governed these United States for the last sixty three years (1932-1995). Exactly like the Republic of Rome during the reign of Caesar Augustus, the public is deceived by an image of civil liberty, and the military is deceived by an image of civil government.
