Part I - Brief 4: The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) And The Surge of Illegal Immigration Into The United States

Be advised: There is an achilles heel built into the original Constitution of the United States, as follows: "ARTICLE VI, Paragraph 2: This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." By this Article of the original Constitution, the "North American Free Trade Agreement" has replaced the "U.S. Constitution" of and for 'government' of the U.S. U.S. Congressional approval of the NAFTA was fast-tracked under President George H.W. Bush and signed into law by incoming President Bill Clinton on December 8, 1993. The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) did not signal beginning of the sucking sound of U.S. money and manufacturing, as erroneously suggested by Ross Perot in 1990. NAFTA was initiated at the near-end of the 'sucking sound' of industrial manufacturing out of the U.S., after 'outsourcing' of all U.S. manufacturing that began in the early 1950s from inflation of the U.S. Dollar caused by the Bretton Woods Agreement Act of 1945. Concept Of A New World Order Concept of a New World Order holds to a premise of 'free-trade' on a global scale, based on a Geopolitical division of planet Earth into separate trading blocs or trade zones. This concept is best understood when shown in an illustration of the Operating Structure of New World Order Government Most well known are the GATT (General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), abolishing national borders to create a union of formerly sovereign states of Europe (under a single currency called the Euro) and the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). The NAFTA is a carbon copy of the GATT. You cannot legislate the free flow of goods, products and services across national boundaries and then try to enforce prohibition of entry of Mexican nationals into the United States. The NAFTA has essentially abolished the borders between Canada, United States and Mexico, creating the flood of illegal immigrants into the U.S. this early in this 21st Century. The NAFTA, because it is a Treaty, its provisions, not the U.S. Constitution, is the basis for law-making by the U.S. Congresss. Accordingly, every U.S. Citizen should read and become familiar with content of the NAFTA, the "North American Free Trade Agreement", the 'international-socialist' constitution' for 'government' of the North American Continent - only one of the many new divisions of Earth into separate trading blocs or trading zones - under direction of the finance ministers of the central banks of the world.
