Plaintiff by his attorney, MICHAEL T. WOLIN, P.C., as and for his verified complaint, upon information and belief, respectfully sets forth and alleges as follows:

AS AND FOR A FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION
ON BEHALF OF PLAINTIFF AGAINST DEFENDANT FOR
ASSAULT AND BATTERY

1. That plaintiff at all times herein mentioned resided and still resides in New York, NY and owns a computer company, Chartwell, doing business in Manhattan, NY.

2. That at all times herein mentioned the defendant, Air France, was and still is a foreign corporation licensed and authorized to do business in the State of New York, and doing business in the State of New York with its principal office at 142 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10017, and offices throughout the City and State of New York and at the main airports of New York including Kennedy Airport in Queens, New York.
